Croatan Institute recognized the need to update their communications strategy to more closely align with their strategic plan goals. During our initial strategy session, we helped them reflect on where they’ve been, where they are, and where they want to go. Then we made a plan to get them there.
A current ecosystem analysis showed Croatan Institute how they could improve their content and engagement strategy. By working together to identify their key audiences and value messaging, we were able to set them up with a clear and actionable system to manage their communications content on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
